StraFichi opened in Marina di Cecina in 2024, seven years after Vada. It was time to try something else: a venue ready, once again, to welcome the busier late-night crowds, a menu free from the boundaries of tradition, with carefully chosen cocktails and wines always at the heart of it. Still us: seriousness behind the scenes, lightness at the bar. Come on over, if you fancy trying something different.
A seasonal cocktail menu with original recipes, reworked classics and the odd provocation that actually works. Spirits selected one by one, infusions made in-house, ice done properly. Nothing left to chance: every detail has a story and a reason behind it.
Rounding it all off, a climate-controlled enoteca with over 200 carefully chosen, hand-picked labels, plus a bar packed with spirits for every taste that we can't wait to tell you about, with the passion and care that have always set us apart.
Pairings off the beaten track, an aperitivo and a dinner that never get boring. The menu changes with every season, because we've got far too many dishes for you to try: it's our project, and it's meant to keep moving, which is why we keep experimenting.
Soft lighting, clean lines, colours in their place. Here we joined three separate retail units to build our new idea of what a venue should be, repurposing building materials and wood, trying to make minimalism feel welcoming.
You come in for the aperitivo, you stay for dinner, you order one last drink when you're not quite ready to head home. Easy if you've only got a moment, complete if you want to settle in.
We've got a sheltered portico if that's the mood you're after, and a more intimate indoor room for private dinners and small events.
