From Vada to Marina di Cecina, and anywhere the catering takes us. Contemporary Tuscan cooking, a 500-label cellar, cocktails made by hand. We do it our way, and we've been at it since 2017.

So who are we?

We started out in 2017 in a sixty-square-metre former slice-pizza joint, with recipes scribbled on a scrap of paper and the recklessness of our twenties to cover the rest.

Today we're three partners and a team split between i Fichi Secchi in Vada, StraFichi in Marina di Cecina and a catering outfit that roams all over Tuscany.

Since then the menus have changed plenty, the bottles too, a few faces behind the counter have come and gone. What stays is the way we work.

Serious behind the scenes, easy-going in front of the bar. All we ask is that you leave happy.
